Submission guidelines
Blind submissions are welcome, but story pitches are strongly encouraged by emailing social@reading.org. If you are submitting a post, please keep in mind the following:
- The word count is approximately 350–800.
- Possible topics to consider are assessment/standards, early literacy, teacher professional development and learning, digital literacy, diversity, and English learners.
- Literacy Now is a blog, so please avoid reference lists.
- Please include at least two headings for ease of reading.
- A conversational tone is strongly encouraged!
