Certificate of attendance
A certificate of attendance was emailed to all ILA Intensive: Nevada attendees. If you attended the event, but did not receive the email with the certificate, or if you have any questions about the certificate or your registration, please contact customerservice@reading.org.
If you are a Clark County School District employee and have questions about accruing CUs and the required documentation needed, please call the Professional Growth System Department office at 702.799.4747.
Cancellation policy
ILA Intensive: Nevada will accept cancellations through May 24, 2019. For a full refund, less a $50 administration fee, the cancellation request must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET on May 24, 2019, in writing. Cancellations received after May 24, 2019, will not receive a refund. Please email customerservice@reading.org to cancel your registration. Refunds will be granted in U.S. dollars and may not reflect the initial amount paid due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
