Edcamp Literacy

Take charge of your professional learning at Edcamp Literacy, a FREE "unconference" that will be held from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM on Friday, July 14, at the Orange County Convention Center.

At this interactive event for K–12 educators, YOU set the agenda. No lectures, no PowerPoints—just a room full of teachers who share with and learn from their colleagues in literacy.

The day will be broken into various "minisessions" on topics decided and led by attendees. Your participation is guided by the "law of two feet"—move around between topic discussions to customize your learning as you like!

This organic, peer-to-peer learning event is free, but registration is required. Due to limited availability, please do not add Edcamp Literacy to your online registration unless you plan to attend.

The first 60 people to arrive at Edcamp Literacy will receive a copy of Jabari Jumps by Gaia Cornwell or Cody and the Rules of Life by Tricia Springstubb, courtesy of Candlewick Press.

Please note: Presenters, dates, times, and topics are subject to change.
