The Educational Testing Service (ETS) released a new report entitled Positioning Young Black Boys for Educational Success. This report and ETS' June 2011 conference called “A Strong Start: Positioning Young Black Boys for Educational Success” are featured in the Fall 2011 issue of Policy Notes from the ETS Policy Information Center.
